We will remind, earlier it was planned that network input in operation will take place till the end of 2008 For this purpose to "Vympelcom" it was necessary was to begin building in I quarter 2008 However building is postponed because negotiations with the government of Vietnam about joint venture creation are not finished. Thus Alexander Izosimov hopes that in the near future negotiations will come to the end positively. According to the general director of "Vympelcom", loan for financing of building of a network "hardly will be necessary" as the company "has on it means". Alexander Izosimov also has noticed that procedure of reception of the building licence will occupy some time, in particular, it will be necessary for "Vympelcom" to receive the licence certificate. "We will try to do the utmost, if we will agree about the joint venture", - Alexander Izosimov has concluded.
